3. How do I find an issue I'm looking for?

There is a search button on the store's homepage. If looking for a specific topic or category, type in a key word or words in the search box, e.g. missions. The search will pull up all items that match the words you keyed and provide link to their pages. Out of print issues can be purchased either as audio downloads from ChristianAudio.com or accessed by subscribing to the Christianity Today Library at http://www.ctlibrary.com/ch.

4. How do I place an order?

Shopping at ChristianHistoryStore.com has been designed to be easy! Click on the "Order Now; button next to the item(s) that you want to purchase. The item will then be added to your shopping cart where you are able to select quantity. At this point you can always go back to shopping by clicking the "Keep Shopping" button. Items already selected will remain in your cart until you order.

When you have everything in your shopping cart that you plan to purchase, proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Check Out" button. Complete the order form and be sure to fill out all the information correctly. You will know that you have correctly completed the order process when you receive a confirmation email.

6. Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

Yes, but you won't be able to order online. If you want to ship to a P.O. Box, call our customer care department directly to place your order:

Orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box with USPS First Class mail option.

If you have a question about an order you placed (i.e. you are wondering when it will be received, why it hasn't been received yet, how to return an unwanted order, etc.) please call our customer care department: 1-800-806-7798 (for back issues and sets) or 1-800-873-6986 (for subscriptions).

If your question is specifically about an audio download, please contact our customer service at 1-760-745-2411 or e-mail us.

If you are not satisfied with your selection or if it is somehow defective, you should return it within 6 weeks along with a written explanation of why you are returning it. You may choose to have a defective or unwanted item replaced for a new one, substitute the product for another product of equal or lesser value, or receive a refund for the purchase price of the product (excludes shipping & handling charges).

This policy does not apply to audiocassettes or CD-ROM's. There will be no refunds or exchanges for audiocassettes or CD-ROM's. Damaged cassettes and CD-ROM's (not due to customer misuse) will be exchanged for an exact replacement when returned within 6 weeks and are accompanied by a written explanation of the problem.

10. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

S&H charges vary for domestic, Canadian, and international orders. Orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S. will ship USPS for all orders.

11. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your selection or it is somehow defective, we will gladly accept returned items within sixty (60) days of purchase for a full refund. Please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product. Defective or unwanted items can be substituted for a product of equal or lesser value, or you can receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product (excludes shipping and handling charges). The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong product.
